If you want the convenience of being in the middle of everything, while still enjoying privacy, this will be the perfect vacation home for you. Within minutes are the Lake Lure Marina and Beach, lakeside dining, boat tours and rentals, tennis courts, and the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge. It’s only one mile to the quaint and charming village of Chimney Rock with locally owned craft shops and restaurants and the entrance to Chimney Rock State Park. A major grocery store is a 10-minute drive. There’s also gem mining and zip lining nearby. Asheville and the Biltmore Estate are only 45 minutes away and it’s only 18 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center, home of the 2018 World Equestrian Games.

The main floor has an open floor plan which makes it a pleasure to gather with friends or a significant other before the gas fireplace. The living/dining area has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and huge windows providing expansive views of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. French doors lead from the living area to a covered patio furnished for dining and complete with a gas grill - a perfect spot for morning coffee or grilling steaks while entertaining friends.
Downstairs are two master suites. One suite has a king bed, 52” TV, en suite bath with tub/shower combination, walk-in closet and a computer desk. The second suite has a queen bed, closet, and an en suite bath with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms open out onto a covered patio with a swing where you can relax and soak in the views. There is also a laundry area with washer and dryer on that floor.
For rainy days, guests can enjoy a selection of books and games, or watch satellite TV or movies on the Blu-ray CD/DVD player in the living area. In the winter months, a charming stone fireplace with gas logs adds ambience for cozy, romantic evenings

Main floor has an open floor plan with living area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Also on the main floor is a convenient half bath.
Living Area has gas fireplace, 60” HDTV with satellite and Blu-ray CD/DVD player.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with cooking/dining utensils, refrigerator with in-door ice maker, ceramic top stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker.
Downstairs are two master suites, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, both with en suite full baths.
2-1/2 baths. One bath has tub/shower combination and one has walk-in shower. Half bath on main floor.
